Each Child will grow spiritually as they are exposed to Bible stories, Christian songs and prayer. The goal of the staff is to express God's love to each child and set a good godly example for them to follow.

Each Child will begin to develop the ability to interact with peers and adults in a positive manner and feel acceptance by them. By learning the privileges and limits of group life, the child will begin to accept, appreciate and understand other people and the world around them.

Each Child will develop a positive attitude and grow in their ability to express thoughts and feelings in an open and honest manner. He/she will learn how to trust and respect others as they are trusted and respected.

Each Child will grow intellectually through the introduction of hands-on experiences in: science, music, art, literature and dramatic play. Age appropriate academic skills and concepts will be introduced. He/she will begin to learn many self-help tasks of life such as listening skills ability to reason, remembering, experimenting, discovering and understanding.

Each Child will grow physically by developing fine and gross motor skills and a better understanding of their bodies through application of good health practices.

Each Child will be able to use their past experiences to grow creatively through open ended conversations, art creations and dramatic play without the criticism or dominion of the teacher.
